Multi-Family Construction Project Engineer Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Multi-Family Construction Project Engineer to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing multi-family construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.

Assist in the planning and execution of multi-family construction projects
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate project progression
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations throughout the construction process
Prepare and review project documentation, including plans and specifications
Monitor project costs and schedules to ensure they are within budget and on time
Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work
Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry
Strong understanding of multi-family construction practices
Proficiency in construction project management software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
Certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) is a plus
