About the Team

Our team is growing, and we are seeking a Product Manager with a passion for solving big problems!

You're a team player who is passionate about building products, with a solid understanding and interest in the learning space. As a Product Manager at Workday, you will define business requirements and produce functional design specifications. As part of the product management team, you will also work closely with software engineers to turn functional specifications into next-generation business services.

We want your perspectives and fresh ideas to contribute to our innovative product! You will gain in-depth knowledge of our applications, product development methodology and processes through formal and informal training.

About the Role

- Collaborate with Workday's customers, partners, development teams including architecture, consultants, operations, and product teams to understand their desired business outcomes and priorities.
- Work closely with product development teams through design, development, testing, release, and maintenance of the product to ensure its quality and successful delivery on-time.
- Drive solution design for each release based on user requirements, technical architecture, and business outcomes/value.
- Guide the product team towards high value OKRs.
- Communicate and evangelize the product area among the Workday community and at Workday events.
- Lead technical discussions with key internal and external stakeholders / customers.

About You

Basic Qualifications
- 5 + years of product management or similar experience

Other Qualifications
- Experience researching and prototyping new technical capabilities.

- Ability to explain complex business processes to a variety of audiences, from internal engineering to external customers
- Experience with UI/UX
- Strong project management skills including the ability to define the project scope, establish a timeline, coordinate resources, communicate status, and manage the delivery of results.
- Strong presentation / communication skills addressing senior leaders / exec audiences.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $122,800 USD - $184,200 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $116,700 USD - $207,600 USD
