In this pivotal role, you'll manage complex scheduling, lead key initiatives, and serve as an administrative backbone in driving organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage dynamic calendars, organizing meetings, and daily schedules with accuracy and foresight.
  • Plan and execute a variety of events-from intimate briefings to large-scale gatherings-with excellence and attention to detail.
  • Prepare high-quality briefing materials, conduct supporting research, and ensure leadership is always well-prepared.
  • Draft, edit, and manage documents with a meticulous eye for accuracy and professionalism; transcribe and input information into internal systems.
  • Coordinate all aspects of executive travel, including logistics, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Monitor deadlines, track meeting follow-ups, manage project timelines, budgets, and compile research reports as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date contact records in internal databases and ensure flawless information management.
