This experienced advisor will provide comprehensive wealth management strategies to high-net-worth clients, conducting in-depth financial planning meetings and addressing complex planning topics. They will also mentor and guide other staff members, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service. Proactively identifying new markets and potential clients will be a key responsibility, contributing to the firm's continued success. Furthermore, the senior manager will coordinate with internal and external professionals to provide the best possible client outcomes.
Essential Responsibilities • Manage and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing comprehensive financial planning and investment advice. • Develop and implement strategic financial plans tailored to individual client needs and goals. • Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting. • Lead and mentor junior advisors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. • Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements and compliance standards. • Utilize various custodial platforms to manage client assets efficiently and effectively. • Stay abreast of market trends, investment strategies, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice. • Develop and conduct client presentations and educational workshops. • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless client service.
Experience and Education • CFP® certification required, demonstrating a deep understanding of financial planning principles. • Series 7, 63, and 65 or 66 licenses required. • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in financial planning and investment management. • Proven ability to convert prospects into high-value clients. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Extensive experience with various investment products and strategies. • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing various custodial platforms. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Financial Expertise • Deep understanding of financial planning, analysis, and modeling, specifically tailored to the needs of high-net-worth (HNW) clients. • Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that achieve clients' long-term goals. • Extensive knowledge of investment products, strategies, and market trends.
Technical Skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Right Capital, Holistiplan) and portfolio management systems (e.g., Tamarac, Wealthscape). • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce) for client relationship management.
Regulatory Knowledge and Compliance • Comprehensive understanding of Broker-Dealer and Investment Advisory Regulations. • Demonstrated ability to maintain compliance and adhere to industry best practices. • Ability to handle confidential client information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
